What customers say
We used PW Surveyors recently. Mike did an excellent job, he was knowledgeable, professional and very easy to deal with.
Mike served as an 'agreed surveyor' with my neighbour for a Party Wall Award. He was truly excellent - communicative, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt that, at every stage, Mike kept me informed of what needed to happen, explained complicated processes clearly, and produced the award and reports quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better surveyor and at a very reasonable cost - highly recommended!
Mike at PW Surveyors was very accommodating to the urgency of our needs for a party wall agreement between myself and my neighbours. An oversight by us as we approached the start of our extension. Mike was able to reassure my neighbours with his knowledge of the requirements and provided a speedy service with surveys and documents for the party wall agreements.
Mike is very experienced and a lovely person to work with. Mike was excellent at explaining about the process and answering any questions. I had very little knowledge of party wall agreements at the start and I learnt a lot from Mike.
Mike was brilliant for us. As a first timer, Mike guided us through the Part Wall process with clarity, patience and expertise. Would highly recommend.
I used Mike for the first time to carry out a party wall agreement for an upcoming loft conversion . Mike was very punctual , explained the process in great detail . Answered all the question’s I had. I would highly recommend Mike moving forward .
